When you thought you have seen it all, you get more surprised when you see something completely new.

After 4 years and just few more weeks to graduation, and you were expecting to see your fellow class mate rocking his Agbada attire or just simply slay but you surprisingly see him in his hilarious clothing, well like I said, you haven't seen it all.

Would we call this fashion or lack of funds?

Well, in my own little opinion, I'd say he slayed because heads kept on turning to give a second glance as he walks.
